Lifetime Warranty

Let's be honest: we're not entirely sure how you'd break one of our steel slabs... We manufacture in New Zealand, and use high quality steel made in New Zealand our steel is built to outlast trends, renovations, house moves, and honestly, probably you. Which is why we back our steel with a lifetime warranty, no questions asked. If something goes wrong with the steel.

Now, wood components are a little bit different. Timber is a living material. It breathes, it moves, it has opinions about humidity. We stand behind the quality of our woodwork, but it is not included in the lifetimes That said, if something goes wrong with a wood component, bring it into our workshop and we'll fix it for free. No invoice, no drama. Just drop it off, have a coffee, and pick it up good as new.

TL:DR

• Steel slab: Lifetime warranty. It's basically indestructible. We're genuinely curious if you can prove us wrong.
• Wood components:  Not lifetime, but bring it to us and we'll sort it out at no charge.

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects and normal use. Abnormal activities are pretty much anything involving a slab that starts with the phrase "hold my beer". We might still cover you for a new one, but we'll want to see a video first.
